DJ Khaled Watch collects ion

Rapper, producer and record executive DJ Khaled has put his disk jockey days behind him, focusing instead on creating club anthems and pop hits. Khaled has made a career out of bringing music’s biggest stars together, from Rihanna and Cardi B, to Drake and Justin Bieber.

Today, the the 44-year-old has seven top ten albums and 29 Hot 100-charting singles to his name — he’s adding more by the day. It’s clear where his now famous catchphrase “another one” comes from. It’s not just hit singles he’s collects ing though – he also has an amazing collects ion of automobiles, shoes, and of course, watches.

When it was introduced in 2012 the Rolex Sky-Dweller, the brand’s high-flying traveler’s t.mes piece, was only available in precious metals. DJ Khaled wears the first Rolesor, or steel and gold combination Sky-Dweller, with a blue dial.

Launched in 2017, the Rolesor combination made the Sky-Dweller easily more accessible. DJ Khaled also owns the solid 18k yellow gold version of the Rolex Sky-Dweller. This version also comes with a choice of the classic Arabic or Roman numerals, while the luminous baton hour markers give it a contemporary aesthetic. In its earlier years, the Rolex President Day-Date was seen exclusively on the wrists of presidents, world leaders, and diplomats, but it has made fans out of celebrities as well. The easily recognizable and classically handsome watch is a staple in celebrities’ watch boxes, including DJ Khaled’s.

It’s not just the classic yellow gold Rolex Day-Date that Khaled collects s. He also has two more understated, but no less luxurious, Day-Date watches in 18k white gold and platinum.

Khaled’s platinum Rolex Day-Date is a nod to his Arabic roots. The limited edition t.mes piece comes with a glacier blue dial (which is exclusively used in platinum Rolex watches) and hour markers in Arabic writing. In true hiphop mogul fashion, DJ Khaled also has a penchant for iced out t.mes pieces. His absolute favorite piece, and also his most expensive, is a big faced 40th Anniversary Patek Philippe Nautilus, completely covered in white diamonds.
